"This has been the worst hotel we have ever booked. We left 2hours after check in and the only reason it took us that long to leave was because we were trying to find another hotel to stay at at 1am. It was extremely dirty, dusty, it clearly was not cleaned prior to arrival, wall paper was peeling and mold could be seen throughout the room. We had booked for a non-smoking room and the room that we were provided with reeked of smoke. The lack of outlet covers made it easier for neighbors room smoke to make it worse. Bed covers were stained and dirty, as well as towels in the bathroom. Bathroom toilet would not flush. When we arrived the front desk staff was arguing with another customer and was escalating situation, I had gone back to the front desk twice after check in trying to get moved and in all instances the staff was involved in altercations with other customers. Area was not safe, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND and WILL NEVER BOOK at this hotel or area ever again!"

"Dead insect in bathtub, the shower gel was not refilled before we got there, we asked front seat for a noon check out. At 11:10am, despite do not disturb sign, an employee came knocking on both doors (we had 2 rooms) and insisted our checkout time was 11. She left only after we told her to go confirm with the front desk"

"Staff was very rude when we checked out. Like we were bothering her. AC sounded like a cement mixer the last night hardly slept"

"The office chair the room was stained and the sheets had stains and rips. The views of the river were nice and the location was convenient. This property needs some upgrading. Staff was friendly."

"Site shows they offer an airport shuttle which was why we picked it. When we called them they said they no longer offer the shuttle. Then remove it from your website. False advertising and it cost us about $40 in uber transport"

"Bad: quality of room lacks. No fridge, no microwave, bring your own pillow and towels. Those provided are the most basic of basics. Key card malfunctions so be prepared to visit front desk often. This hotel is not like any other chain that I’m aware of…it’s like they pasted the chain name to attract. Not sure if this is a Philly standard but not worth the money imo. Good: a/c was super cold. Property was quiet and guests were friendly. Staff was courteous. Ample parking. There’s a Dennys and New Philly Diner within walking distance. Water pressure was ridiculously powerful!"

"The staff was kind of rough with attitude like he was doing us a favor . The interior safety latch door lock was broken. In the shower they got soap dispenser with no soap , the bathroom door lock needs to be adjusted or replaced The room smells got cigarette smell we have to buy an air freshener to try to blend the smell. I’ll will think twice about staying again in this hotel"
