« This property was even more beautiful in person. It was meticulously maintained and perfectly located down an isolated dirt road with other cabins nearby. The walks on the beach and bonfire under the stars were incredible, as was kayaking on the lake. It is relatively centrally located, close to good public beaches on both Great and small lakes, and while you do have to drive to get places - it's the UP - the drives are beautiful and its a great home base for day trips; we went to Pictures...

« Lovely cabin. It had everything we needed and is centrally located to different sights and restaurants. Beautiful view too, very peaceful. Only negative for me is that the water is too shallow to swim, but this was easily resolved by going to Roger’s Beach, which I highly recommend and is not that far away. Host was very helpful with my questions and very prompt with responses. »

« We loved our time here! It was a bit further from town than we anticipated, but it was pretty centrally located to the various sites we wanted to see. We are originally from Florida and fell in love with the UP at this house. I could sit on the porch and just watched the fall leaves and pond forever! I wish we could go back every year! »

« Was a nice cabin . Very private and peacefull . The inside is updated nicely and everything is well taken care of . They do a nice job making sure you have everything you need. Plenty of wood for fires propane grill chairs .yard games and new playset for the kids . Only downside is this looks like a nice swim spot from the pictures but it is all large and small rocks in front of cabin, very hard to walk in . We had to walk down beach a couple hundred yards to the the south to find a usable...

« This property was a wonderful base camp for all of our adventures in the U.P. We also really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and personal touches as well as the back porch lakeside vibe. The only problem we encountered was with the ac unit. It was an unusually hot day for this area when we first arrived and the unit kept throwing a code.The owner was very responsive and helpful, visiting us personally to make sure everything was OK. Would recommend!! »
