This cozy bungalow is your home away from home. Situated in the heart of Gainesville, just off of historic Green Street, it is minutes away from Northeast Georgia Medical Center, the city's downtown square, Lake Lanier, Riverside Military Academy, and Brenau University. Brand new furnishings are nestled throughout this historic home in a safe, friendly neighborhood. Snuggle up on the screened porch with your cup of coffee or evening cocktail.  
  
The one-story home offers 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo, a cozy screened porch, and a sunroom. The kitchen is equipped with a Keurig coffee machine and everything you'll need to dine-in. YouTube TV is available on a flat screen in the living area above the fireplace. If you need to work remotely, the home's Wifi is the fastest in the area. The laundry area is equipped with detergents, additional sheets, pillows, & bedding. Enjoy coffee or an evening cocktail on the private, screened back porch!
