    Santa Rita House features three bedrooms. The first bedroom boasts a queen-size bed and a convenient secretary for those who need a workspace. The other two bedrooms offer two single beds each, while the living room's sofa bed can accommodate an additional two guests.



    The living and dining area is situated downstairs for communal gatherings. A well equipped kitchen, complete with a fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, hob, and all the necessary utensils, awaits downstairs as well. A bathroom on the upper floor and a convenient toilet downstairs add to the practicality of the space.

Angenehm

Alles sauber und in Ordnung. Einzelne Teile der Küchenausstattung (speziell Schneidebretter) sollten ausgetauscht werden, da sie einfach abgenutzt und unhygienisch sind. Ansonsten alles gut. Besonders praktisch ist die Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus.
