  • This privately owned two bedroom, two bathroom condo is the ideal mountain vacation rental with every 5 star amenity you can dream of. The spacious single story boasts a large living area with a flat screen TV, Wifi and plenty of plush furniture to relax on after a day of activities. The deck off the living area offers stunning views of the Aspen Grove with a view of Buffalo Mountain in the distance. The master bedroom includes a king bed and its own private master bathroom and shares a entry to the deck to enjoy the peaceful mornings and evenings of Frisco, Colorado. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and bunk beds with its own bathroom. This condo also features a washer/dryer along with two covered garage spaces along with bike storage and an elevator to move your luggage and gear in and out of the condo. Located just steps from Main Street, Frisco and near everything Summit County has to offer like boating on Lake Dillon or hiking nearby mountain trails on Mount Royal. Hop on the free Summit Stage bus just a block from your door and it can take you to Summit County's world class ski resorts (Copper, Keystone & Breckenridge). You will wish you had more time to discover all there is in Summit County.

Another great stay in Frisco

We love this place, so convenient to the slopes and the owner is the best at responding to any issues. Plenty of room for 5, so many amenities and so easy to get walk into town for meals or shopping. Can’t wait to come back!

Nice condo, great location

Right off the highway just off Main Street. It was very nice inside, very clean and comfortable. Washer/dryer worked well, showers were great. Had a great time would stay again.

Great spot in Frisco!

My daughter and I came up for a ski weekend at Cooper and really enjoyed the area and our stay. The unit was great and underground parking was awesome! Look forward to visiting again.

Perfect spot for Summit County

Wonderful cozy condo centrally located to all Summit Co ski areas. Quiet side of town, tranquil view into woods. Big master suite, second bedroom has room for 3 (bunk beds and full size), 2 bath gives plenty of space for 4-5 people. This was our 5th time, love the place.

Frisco Ski Trip

The property is perfectly located between multiple ski resorts. We were so impressed by so many aspects of the property. From the large bathrooms and bedrooms to underground parking and fireplace, every aspect of this property was perfect for families and friends. If we return to Frisco, we will definitely look to book this property again.

Great location and a great property!

This property was just as advertised. Clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. The location is fantastic just a half block from the last shuttle stop out of town to Copper. Really enjoyed it and would rent again. Property manager was very responsive during the stay.

Great condo for a family ski trip!

This was our second time staying here and it did not disappoint! Condo is clean and well equipped for our family of five (2 adults, 14 yr old, 11 yr old and 9 yr old). Convenient to good restaurants and local ski resorts. Alysha is a great hostess and is very responsive. Another great trip to Colorado!!

Perfect condo!

The condo is cozy , very clean ,and kitchen is well equipped . Location is perfect , close to highway. It was 10 minutes drive to Copper Mountain . Garage and elevator is a huge plus . We hope to come again next year.

Great place really close to everything!

We had a nice post-Christmas stay here with the three of us. The unit is really large, and quiet but close to town. You can walk to most things, although we had to drive because of the baby and it was snowing the whole time! The only thing to note: there were no toiletries (shampoo etc.) so bring your own!

Month in Frisco

We can't say enough about this fabulous condo and location. My wife and I stayed for 4 weeks to work remotely and ski Summit County. The shuttle access was perfect (3 minute walk). On nice days we walked downtown, otherwise it is an easy drive to the shops and restaurants. Parking was was never a problem. The condo itself worked great for us. We set up our "office" on the dining room table. There was plenty of room for entertaining and overnight guests. It was clean and well-stocked.We will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

Great ski Condo

Perfect place for our family of four and our ski vacation to Copper. Very impressed with the place, except the hot tub was out of service for the duration of our three-day stay. We contacted the management company and host but no remedy. However, we would stay again assuming that was just our bad luck.

Excellent Condo - too bad it’s not at Copper

Maybe the best open plan condo we’ve stayed at - spacious well equipped kitchen & dining setup for our gourmet chef’s dinners😀. Master suite was opulent & spacious 😄. 2nd bedroom good for kids but not for 2 adults - cramped and lacking in dresser & storage space🙁. Parking garage super convenient. Amazingly quiet in spite of proximity to I-70. Location at the last stop on the Summit Stage to Copper (only 1 per hour now) means you can’t count on being able to get on - so you have drive to Copper to be sure to get to ski anytime soon.

Clean, comfortable & convenient!

The condo is very comfortable, clean and has everything necessary for a nice stay. Beds are comfy, towels are nice and thick. Underground parking is a real plus! Radiant heat is very nice! Hot tub located in the building so we did not have to walk on icy paths was a nice surprise! We could not get the freezer to work right and produce ice- but I did not call the manager to ask-maybe an easy fix? Needs some bread and serrated knives in the unit. Otherwise a great place!

Beautiful Condo - Exceeds the Pictures

This condo was especially spacious and comfortable. The kitchen will please any chef, casual to gourmet, with a wide variety of spices and condiments. TV and Internet fully met our needs. The elevator and underground parking really made this a convenient condo for us retirees. If there is any downside at all; when you are sitting on the patio you will get some noise from I70, which is pretty close to your west. However, that would not deter us from staying here again. The owner was very responsive before our arrival, and the condo itself was in tip top shape, from cleanliness to comfort. Highly recommend.

Fabulous Copper Choice!

We spent a week here around Thanksgiving 2022 while one of our teens was race training at Copper Mt and this was a great option. Very spacious and comfortable unit. The parking was EASY and there were 2 spots. The ski locker in the parking area was super convenient for storing gear after each day's skiing. Going back and forth to Copper was a breeze..but the parking at Copper is expensive and no picnic. For our family staying at this Frisco unit was the right choice. 2 of us stayed at the base of Copper the week before and although the Copper condo was convenient getting on and off the hill EVERYTHING ELSE about this unit was far SUPERIOR. Frisco is such a lovely town and if you're like 90% of the people you will want a car for skiing Summit County anyway which helps make this unit is a great choice. Although teen 1 was training at Copper everyday, the rest of us skied there and Vail, Breck and Keystone so again, this unit was such the right choice to hit all those areas. We'll definitely come back if our team trains there next year. Also, while we were there, The Lodge at RiverBend was quiet--so peaceful, almost like having a private house. We used the elevator mostly, but using the stairs was an easy option as well to run up and down to the car. Driving into Frisco to dine, shop, get the skis tuned was very easy. I can't say enough good things about this unit AND the complex AND the host...who could not have been more helpful and communicated promptly.

Review of Streamside?

My comments. The downside. This one of first VRBO’s that didn’t have basic things as shampoo, conditioner, soap or shower gel. Also, basic kitchen supplies as tin foil, plastic wrap, zip lock bags. Laundry soap would be nice considering we flew & had to buy a big jug. Fortunately, I can take it to next condo. The condo we stayed in last year had all that & more. The king mattress was very lumpy & I’d replace it, so we moved to other bedroom w queen bed which was better. The upside, condo was nicely furnished & looked like it had recently been remodeled. Great shower in master bath. It was very comfortable & worked out fine for us. Location was good.

Great location and clean

The condo is conveniently located at the end of Main St and close to trails. It was clean and served us well. The hostess communicated and answered questions promptly. People have different bed preferences so just know the king bed may not be comfortable to some. We found the spare room bed more comfortable especially for a sore back. With it just being the two of us, we had the luxury of choosing where to sleep. The unit was pretty quiet and the patio is wonderful for relaxing. Be sure and take plenty of your own toiletries. I’ve noticed some VRBOs provide more stuff like that but it’s not a hotel. So just be prepared. I always pack toiletries and extra TP which was helpful. The kitchen is very nice and spacious. The cable tv is a perk so you don’t have to stream. I was a bit worried about heat since they don’t have AC and we’ve been there in the summer when it’s gotten pretty hot. However, opening the sliding door and windows at night cools the condo down perfectly and shutting the blinds during the day. Overall we enjoyed our stay in this condo and would recommend it.

Family vacation

We had a blast in Frisco and surrounding areas. Everyone was so friendly and the cooler weather was a nice break from the Texas heat. The scenery is beyond gorgeous and we loved being outdoors.
