Unit is next to fire department which can be noisy at all hours but probably only an issue with windows open. Otherwise location is great - easy walk to Main Street Frisco. This condo had everything we needed and more to make our very chilly -13 temperature trip enjoyable. The condo was exactly as mentioned but larger! Everything was there that was needed and was just a few blocks from town which was fantastic. We did not have heat for a bit and we had to reset the furnace and then all was good to go. We did contact after hours and we made a plan if heat did not return.
