Property Description The Lodge At Riverbend 105 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo that sleeps 8\. Comfortable first-floor unit that looks out to an aspen grove. Windows let in lots of light Located near the recreation path and near Main Street. Underground assigned parking for two vehicles is just across from the stairs to the first floor or use the elevator from the parking area. A beautiful lodge looking building with extra outdoor patio spaces and large beautiful grounds. Living room features a gas fireplace, flatscreen and lots of windows. Main deck has adirondack chairs for 2\. Free WiFi and cable. The dining area seats 6\. Full size washer and dryer in unit for convenience. Sleeping Arrangements Bedding is triple sheeted with professionally laundered linen. \~Master bedroom suite has Queen, Twin Bunkbed and private bath. \~Guest bedroom has queen and shared bath. \~Queen sofabed in living room Location Walk to Frisco Main Street shops, restaurants, Frisco Historic Park and all downtown gear rentals. Frisco has an Adventure Park and Nordic Center for tubing, cross country skiing and sleigh rides in the winter. The Summit Stage free bus to all resorts and towns has stops just 1 block away. Summer activities include numerous Main Street and Pavilion festivals, biking on the Summit County Recreation Path which is nearby, hiking or mountain bike trails at the Peninsula or Rainbow Lake and Mount Royal areas.
