This condo has all the amenities you need for a vacation rental. The setting can not be beat either, as it is located in a quiet Frisco neighborhood with amazing views of the mountains. There is definitely something here for everyone! The master bedroom features a king bed, its own full bathroom, and a TV. There is access to the large deck from the master bedroom, which offers stunning mountain views. The guest bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin on top and a full on the bottom, easily sleeping three. It also features its own HD TV and has access to a full guest bathroom. The living room features an HD TV, fireplace, and stunning mountain views. The couch is a queen sofa sleeper. There is a large private deck right off the living room where you can also enjoy this amazing setting. The full kitchen has been recently updated and features a breakfast bar. The dining room table seats six. In the summer, you can enjoy the sand volleyball court and tennis courts. There is an activity nearby for every season! Without even having to get in your car, you can walk right out the door and snowshoe or cross-country ski in the winter and take a long walk or hike in the summer. Centrally located in the heart of Summit County with easy access to all local ski resorts‚ you cannot beat this location! After a long day of activity, come home and soak in one of the three outdoor hot tubs or take a dip in the pool. It is a great location between several other towns and had a large outdoor area to play in the snow. The condo had plenty of space for us, a cozy fireplace, great bunkbeds, adequately equipped kitchen, and laundry facility close by. This unit is super close to the pool and the amazing outdoor hot tubs. We stayed in the late summer, but I can imagine that in the winter time those hot tubs are incredible after a day of skiing. The condo has been really tastefully redone, did not really use any of the appliances but they were all in good working order and new. The condo backs up to a running stream which made for amazing night sounds with the sliding glass doors open. ##### Matthew B. Nicely furnished, especially the kitchen. This may be a strange comment but veteran VRBO ski renters that like a hot breakfast before heading to the slopes will get it. The frying pan was nice! Incredible customer service that assisted us with a date adjustment. The condo is immaculate and fully stocked with all kitchen items. It’s snowed every day and the property was plowed and salted all day long. The view was perfect! The property was fine for our needs. Very comfortable with kitchen two nice bedrooms, and balcony. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. Only complaint is that the walls are thin and our neighbors were a bit loud in the evening. Otherwise than that (and a toaster that that only toast's one side of the bread :) )we'd consider staying again. ##### Felix G. Check-in and communication with Doug was super. There's covered parking, and the unit is on the second floor, up a couple flights of stairs. So you're huffin' and puffin' when you get there if you are flatlanders like us. The unit was sparkling clean with everything we needed. It's a little far from town to walk in winter, but in summer, a walk into town would be totally reasonable. The place is a rail-car design, in that it's long and narrow with windows only in the front bedroom and the rear living room and master. The rears are all door walls, so that compensates somewhat for the lack of other windows. For a short stay, it was fine, but I'd never purchase this sort of design unless it were in Manhattan. The master bedroom is large, with a king bed, and the other bedroom is much smaller, with a bunk/trundle bed. So the setup is ideal for a family, with mom/dad in master and up to three kids in the second bedroom. Groups of adults may have an awkward time divvying up the beds. ##### Clinton B.
