"We arrived at this property after an 11+ hour drive, exhausted with my kids, only to find no check-in instructions. The owner blamed a “glitch” on Expedia. After finally getting in, we immediately noticed spiders everywhere, and the loft looked unclean, there was even a dead beetle next to the twin bed.
