The property was just perfect! Close enough to walk to Main Street! The bath tub was amazing and we really enjoyed having a sitting area. The neighborhood was very quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

cleanest place I've ever stayed

Hot tub, but who needs it when you have an awesome indoor 2 person jacuzzi that worked perfectly, and was super clean. Touch button fireplace next to jacuzzi was a very nice feature. It's about 10 minute or less walk to the heart of main street, which is much better than searching for parking. It was easy to park. It was very quiet. I'm very sensitive to noise, so I noticed the mini fridge at night, but it didn't keep me awake, and if it did bother you, you could always just unplug it I suppose. I would stay there again in a second, and I would strongly recommend to anyone looking for a nice Fredericksburg experience.

Pretty cottage. Great location. The shower had not been cleaned and smelled very bad. I’m not sure the sheets had been changed, either. There was a musty odor in the bed. Also the headboard has a rusty piece of metal that’s pretty sharp as decoration. The coffee in the room made me ill and we had to cancel our plans. It would not take much to make it a 5 star stay. Better coffee and clean and it would have been fine.

Lovely property except if you veered off walks you were covered in sticker burrs. Could not get to hot tub because of burrs rug, door mat, car and tires were solid with burrs. TALL bed. Had to buy a stool to get into bed.
