A flat pet fee applies: $175 for a 1-night stay, $200 for stays up to 28 days, and $250 for monthly stays. You may hear outside traffic (very few cars pass by) & animal noises (there are cows across the street). • This is a barn converted into a living space - please note there may be some creaks/noises. • Please note that the stairs to the second floor are very steep and may be difficult for some guests to climb. • Split AC & Heating unit. • All amenities including wifi, hot tub, etc are fully inspected prior to every check-in, however, we cannot guarantee their working condition during stays. If the hot tub is under repair, we will immediately notify you and offer alternative accommodation or cancellation options. If an amenity or feature stops working during your stay but was reported working by our maintenance crew, we will attempt to repair the item but cannot guarantee the repair and no Airbnb refund will be made. • We look forward to hosting all our upcoming guests. Our cleaning team is going above and beyond to provide top-notch services, giving special attention to high-touch areas, using commercial grade anti-microbial agents, and having bed sheets and bath towels professionally laundered between each guest's stay. However, no guarantee will be made that our properties are "completely sterile" or "COVID-free", just as no other business can reasonably make that claim. Guests are advised to travel and stay with us at their own discretion. • We do not offer rescheduled stays or refunds on cancellations outside of VRBO's extenuating circumstances policy. The master bedroom is huge and the bathroom has a really cool shower. Takes about 1 minute to get to Main Street and is close to everything. The hot tub was nice and clean. Amenities are similar to a hotel, but with a waffle maker and a hot plate if you need. The towels were so soft that they could be a blanket. It is for sure a 5 star place. The hot tube was a perfect thing after a long day of fun. The Barn Haus offers a rustic retreat that worked well for two friends sharing a place near downtown Fredericksburg, Texas. The loft was nice and cozy, but be aware it does have steep stairs. Property more suited to host a couple that don’t plan on cooking in. I would suggest bring your own BBQ kit, extra towels, only has a small micro fridge/freezer.
