This retreat, which has seven bedrooms and six bathrooms, is ideal for large families or parties searching for a convenient vacation rental. The property consists of three houses; Willie's House is a three-bedroom, two-bath. Dolly's House and Waylon's House are both two bedroom/2 baths; all are fully equipped with kitchens, making meal preparation a breeze. The Space: Fully Renovated in 2021 and 2022. The outdoor party barn offers a variety of recreational activities for guests, including a corn hole, ping pong, bocce ball, a grill, and a fire pit. There is also a hot tub next to Waylon's House for guests to relax and enjoy. Olive Street Ranch is situated on two acres of land, offering plenty of room for guests to relax and enjoy the surrounding wildlife. Located just a half-mile from downtown Fredericksburg's Main street, Olive Street Ranch is for those who want to enjoy a country setting while being close to town. Whether you want to explore the local shops and restaurants or enjoy a peaceful retreat in the countryside, this property has it all. Only utilize the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces at your rental. \* For any issues during your stay, a 72-hour window after check-out is provided to file a claim. However, we encountered some issues with check-in and ongoing construction on the property. We arrived at 4:00 PM and found that cleaning was still in progress, with trash piled up outside. Although I received an email at 3:50 PM approving early check-in, it was sent only 10 minutes prior, and we could not check in on time. Additionally, we did not receive the door codes, and when we requested them, they were incorrect and did not work. Fortunately, someone arrived at 4:00 PM to inspect the property and was able to let us in. Furthermore, there is construction on a pool, which means large equipment and a deep hole were present, along with workers coming in and out during our stay. I also have not received a refund for the early check-in charge. ##### Tiffany P.
