This is a 1927mail order Bungalow, but has been updated w/all the modern conveniences. The look is rustic/elegant, TX Hill Country, with a touch of Romance! Large private parking lot, surrounded by beautiful plants and shade trees. Each suite has their own private entrance and each has access to a very nice covered porch/sitting area for morning coffee and evening relaxation,. The property is very close to downtown - actually within walking distance to restaurants, breweries, drug strore, court house, Cailloux Theatre, multiple churches, very close to our beautiful municipal golf course, high school stadium, plus the VA, Peterson and State hospitals, Schreiner College is right down the road, the Guadalupe River and 5 mile walking trail is very close and our list could go on and on!! Kerrville is a great place for motorcyclists, bicyclists, old car enthusiast - TXHighway 39 hugs the Upper Guadalupe River, we are not actually on TX 39 BUT we serve as a great staging point for the rest of the Hill Country, no matter which direction you choose to go. We are close to Bandera, Leaky, Lost Maples State Park, Medina, Comfort, Ingram, Hunt, Fredericksburg, Luckenbach, Sisterdale, Boerne, the “Three Twisted Sister’ trails, etc. You could even go on a day tour of some of the nearby wineries, breweries, and distilleries COME ENJOY YOURSELF - we would love to have you stay at our quaint little BnB!
We do want to let you know our BnB is located on a corner lot - there is traffic, so there may be a little ‘traffic’ noise. And there are also 3 (total) private suites in the Main building.
