"The staff is so friendly! They make sure that we are comfortable, informed, and enjoying our stay. I will never forget the bellman Dedric. I prejudged him. I thought that he would be rude and short with us. To our surprise he didn’t hesitate to take the time to explain to us the things we needed to know to ensure we were ready to enjoy our stay. He has a rare ability to be assertive and kind at the same time.
He has a tattoo on his neck, it led me to prejudge him, but when he began to speak and welcome my family back to Memphis has led us to our new go-to spot to stay each time we come home to visit. When we lived here (Peabody Place, Clariage House , and The William Lyn, now the Residence Inn), but we will be staying at the Hu!! "

"We enjoyed our stay in this home. The ease of check in and check out. We enjoyed the amenities and the location. The MS River is nearby and if you like to walk, jog, or run there are paths for everyone. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. "

"Our stay was simply marvelous! The property was immaculate, very clean and exactly as pictured. We had everything we needed from bedding to supplies. I was very impressed by the kitchen! I brought some things of my own and didn’t need really any of them. I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Karen and Mr. Dave, they were both very kind and very pleasant. Our family was there for a family reunion and we celebrated 3 birthdays! I was very happy to be able to bring my family over for celebrations. Most places don’t allow that, so we were very grateful for that. I was also grateful to be able to bring my baby, Pepper he’s my toy poodle and the love of my life!I absolutely loved our whole experience, I can’t say enough good things about it! My whole family will definitely stay again!"
