This was a great property for a weekend getaway. The host provided everything we needed to be comfortable. My only critique was the checkout instructions, they were a mile long and basically had us cleaning the property before we left. If that’s the case then the cleaning fee should be less (or zero).
This is a great little condo in Fraser. It's easy to get everywhere. We loved the coffee shop right down the road (Simple Coffee) and the neighbors who live there full time were all very friendly. I read the review about the checkout instructions being unreasonable, but that was not my experience at all. It took us less than 5 minutes to do everything on the list - we didn't even have to strip the beds. I highly recommend staying here!

Where to begin
I came to spend time with my daughter and son-in-law who live in Granby. CO so not my first time using a rental.
The first impression began with the screen door having a large gap at the bottom. We had issues getting the door code to work. The contact was easy to reach and helpful. I suggest updating the instructions. The condo cleaning company needs to be rethought. The main theme was cleanliness. The refrigerator sounding like a loud generator when running and needed to be wiped out. There was a bottle of liquor left in the freezer but wouldn't drink it even though an alcoholic beverage would have been nice. :) The neighbor above did laundry after 10:30pm two nights in a row with the ceiling poorly insulated from any sound with a dog running around too. The master bath was nicely remodeled, but was lacking in cleanliness as the shower had pink and black mold. The extra blankets on the beds had animal hair on them and didn't/couldn't use them. The bedroom closets had bare plywood for makeshift shelves. We did cover the sofa with a sheet as it also appeared to need a good cleaning. I had a "visitor" in the shower on Friday and another one in the sink on Saturday...spiders. This isn't the fault of the owner but the complex should be sprayed periodically. I don't like those kinds of surprises. I would suggest putting a lamp by the beds - people like to read at night instead of using a large light. It is the little things that people like from the comforts of home.
