This 140 m² southwest-facing house, ideal for 6 people, offers a bright 30 m² living room and a large enclosed 800 m² garden. It comprises 3 bedrooms (a ground-floor suite with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and en-suite bathroom, and two upstairs bedrooms, each with two single beds and a shower room), as well as a WC on each floor. The fully equipped kitchen ensures a comfortable stay. You will enjoy a garden with a terrace, garden furniture, a barbecue, a garage, and parking for a pleasant and relaxing holiday.
The town center and shops are approximately 800 m away, the sea 800 m, and the beach 900 m; the bus station is 1.5 km away, the Saint-Laurent-de-la-Prée train station is 6 km away, and the Rochefort thermal baths are a 15-minute drive.

PAYABLE upon arrival: 2 security deposits: €600 for the rental, €150 for cleaning, and tourist tax.
OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival:

- Linens: sheets €12 (one flat sheet, one fitted sheet, and two pillowcases) per bed per week, set of two bath or beach towels €12 per week, set of two bath mats €7 per week, kitchen linens (two tea towels and two hand towels) €7 per week.

- Cleaning: €150.
The rental is for a stay that begins on the day of arrival from 2:30 pm and ends on the day of departure by 10:00 am at the latest.

literie de l'étage indigne

Nous sommes révoltés de la qualité de la literie à l'étage (lits de 90), où l'on s'enfonçait dans les matelas comme dans du beurre. Indigne d'une telle location.(sans doute des matelas d'enfant, qui plus est très anciens); c'est irrespectueux et grave. Je ne comprends pas comment le "professionnalisme" de l'agence n'ait pas décelé ce défaut majeur. Résultat : des vacances gâchées. L'Agence aurait dû demander aux propriétaires en concertation avec Abritel de remplacer les matelas. Que l'on vienne pas me dire non plus que "c'est à l'appréciation de chacun" . J'ai demandé à l'Agence de passer, ce qui a été fait en milieu de semaine, en confirmant notre constat. Je demande donc un remboursement partiel.150.- uro me parait être un minimum, (après être rentré avec un lumbago m'obligeant à 2 visites médicales) Merci de votre réponse . Antoine Andréjewski

Pour visiter les Charentes version maritimes

Maison de vacances à Fouras permettant de rayonner sur une large partie des Charentes maritimes (Rochefort La Rochelle Châtelaillon les îles de Ré et Oleron, Aix et Madame etc) assez rapidement. Gros atout. Sinon, maison pas super propre, spacieuse avec un beau jardin mais très mal placée vs la circulation (carrefour, grosses nuisances sonores).

Avons passé un agréable séjour a Fouras et ses environs. Juste pas normal de ne pasavoir eu accès a la télé pendant plus de 2 jours même si nous sommes en vacances et au vu du prix de la location. Et surtout prévoir moustiquaire au niveau des fenêtres car pas moyen d'ouvrir dû aux moustiques . Il est dommage de rester enfermé dans une aussi belle maison et de ne pas pouvoir profiter d'une si belle semaine qui nous a été donné. Un petit plus aurait été que la pelouse soit tondue pour le standing de cette maison. Rien a dire sinon que ses petites choses qui ne devrait être
