In the middle, you have the kitchen with a dining area in the front and an open layout living room/game room in the back with a sliding patio door to the backyard. On the right side, you will find the master bedroom with a king-size bed en-suite with shower. On the opposite side of the house, you have the second bedroom with a queen-size bed, a hallway bathroom with a bathtub, and the third bedroom with a queen-size bed. Master bedroom comes with a full-size sleeper sofa and the arcade bedroom has a cot-size sleeper sofa. Memory foam mattress topper and additional bedding is available for sleeper sofas. IMPORTANT LAYOUT UPDATE We’re excited to share that our home will be receiving a few upgrades designed to make your stay even more enjoyable! The formal dining room is being thoughtfully converted into a dedicated game room, space complete with two arcade game machines and a poker/bumper pool/dining table, entertainment space for families and groups to relax and have fun together. In addition, the arcade bedroom is now updated with a queen-size bed and a small desk/chair and a 40-inch TV to better accommodate guest comfort and flexibility. One of the arcade machines currently in the arcade bedroom will be moved to the new game room. The 8-people dining table is moved to the dining space next to the kitchen and the breakfast table is gone. These improvements are part of our ongoing effort to enhance the guest experience while maintaining the comfort and quality you expect from our home. Very nice neighborhood, felt very safe and secure. Rooms were plenty big, nice big dining table, and kitchen had everything you could need. Beds were very comfortable, layout of house fit multiple families perfect. A full length mirror in the bedroom would be nice but not a deal breaker. Lots of pillows and blankets. We loved toasting marshmallows at night. Would recommend this place 100%. Looking forward to going back for a summer getaway. ##### Gina G. We enjoyed it very much.If there is anything to criticize, it is the somewhat noisy air conditioning that sucks in air from the master bedroom and takes some getting used to. Since it was not very hot at night, we turned the temperature up at night so that the air conditioning was not running.A small thing, but otherwise it didn't bother us.I would book the house again ##### Torsten W. Very comfortable, clean, well equipped & close to everything we wanted to do. The pool was too cold for swimming but we did enjoy laying in the sun. The hot tub is ver large & a nice benefit. The game room was a nice touch and we enjoyed playing some games several times. The only complaint I have is that the master bedroom did not have black out curtains so it got bright pretty early. ##### Tara F. From the beginning communication with the owner was smooth, timely, and very informative. When we arrived the house was extremely clean, everything was just like it was in the pictures, there were very clear instructions on everything. Check in was smooth and Mia was very easy to work with. It was 15 minutes away from the Stock Yards and a little over an hour to Waco which was perfect. The weather was warm & our teens enjoyed the pool & hot tub. The only recommendation would be to get a pizza pan & cutter for the kitchen.
