Best bargain on the beach! The condo was conveniently located near the upper pool. We loved all the amenities as well as the beach front access. The host answered all my questions and made check in/check out a breeze. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time at Mark's place. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals while there. The washer and dryer are new and worked great for keeping up with our toddler's messes. There was a pack and play that we used for our 18 month old while there. It was so nice not to have to travel with one. We loved being on the ground level, right outside the heated pool and toddler splash pad. It was the quieter end of the pools during our stay. We loved the beach service. We didn't reserve for the extra fee, just got out before 6 am to get a good spot in the unreserved area. We highly recommend staying here and hope to be back next summer!

Everything was as advertised. The convenience of staying on the ground level was perfect for simply walking out of your sliding doors to the pool area and avoiding the elevators was so nice. Would definitely stay again.

The amenities are great and it is nice being right next to the pool. Short walk including one flight of stairs or elevator to get to the beach. Mark sent clear instructions on where to park, which elevator to use, etc which made check in very easy!

Great condo and exactly as pictured. Access to the pool area from the patio was fantastic. We have stayed at Waterscape before so we knew what to expect. It's a big place but they have lots to do around the pool areas. If you don't need a huge condo, this one is great. The pull out mattress on the couch was perfect for my daughter. Would definitely stay again!

We booked this unit after reviewing a ton of options. Needed a place that would accommodate a ten day stay, provide all of the amenities and be toddler friendly. Great First Experience!

We chose to spend our vacation here at Mark’s location at Waterscape and it went just as we’d hoped for. Everything went smoothly, and the condo was perfect for my family. With the condo being poolside, it was perfect for my kids. It smelled fresh during our stay and was very clean. Everything we could need was provided. We would definitely book with Mark again. His hospitality and clear instructions were superb!
