Jul 4, 2023 #### Great Stay The best part of the condo was the easy access to the beach and the gulf front view. The condo itself was reasonably clean. The beds were comfortable for everyone. The unit had been remodeled in the last few years which was nice. The master shower didn't drain well and the kitchen was missing some essentials like a pizza pan and the wine cork screw was broken. Minor inconveniences but fully expected given the price point. Parking was convenient and everyone staying in the units were friendly and quiet at night which was a plus. Sep 7, 2021 #### Wonderful place, a bit pricey and too crowded We love the condo, very nice, very clean, spacious and newly renovated :) Unfortunately for us, the prices at Sea Dunes have become too high to fight the crowded beach. We've been coming for ten years and this will be our last. Unfortunately the water was horrible. Thick algae and seaweed. 2 week stay and only able to go in the water for 3 days! yuck! such a rare thing for Okaloosa! Maybe avoid late August. ##### vicki e. This was my second time visiting Unit 202, and it was a return visit due to all of the plusses with this space. The furnishings make you feel like you're in a home away from home (not outdated as many Florida coast condos can be) and the kitchen is fully stocked for whatever meals you decide to prepare. Four of the most important (and valued) features are the fact that 1) the condo is beachfront, only steps away from the water, 2) beach service is included each day (two chairs and one umbrella), 3) covered parking, and 4) carts available for transporting luggage from your car to the condo (very helpful for arrival and departure). Close access to Publix, gas stations and waterfront restaurants. The location is only 15 minutes away from Destin if you're looking for more restaurant options. The location and size worked perfectly for us - we were traveling with elderly family members who had the emerald coast on their bucket list. Accessibility is most important when traveling with them. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the beach from the condo and super easy access (first come, first serve beach chair service worked out just fine). And the kitchen had the layout and accessories to make a couple meals, no problem. We’re used to staying in Destin, but now prefer Okaloosa Island based on this experience. Overall, the condo is very comfortable (including for those who want to experience the beach but can’t physically get to it) and we would definitely stay there again! ##### Shannon E.
