Watch for dolphins! Turn around and you can see a view of the Sound with a fire-works display every Thursday evening in the summer months. You will have your own covered parking for your vehicle. The condo has two master suites, one with a queen-sized bed and the other with a king. The third bedroom has twin beds. The den has full sized twin bunk beds. Each bedroom has a flat screen t.v., as does the den and living room. All areas of the unit are tiled. There is a cook’s dream, fully equipped kitchen, and the complex has grills available at the picnic area by pool. The unit is equipped with beach chairs and umbrellas. There is WiFi access in every room. We all love family and friends, but this 1640 sf condo allows everyone to escape to their own space when they feel the need!! The swimming pool is beach-side, and is heated during the cooler months. The tennis court is beside the parking lot. You will have your own covered parking for your vehicle. Enjoy local restaurants and the shopping convenience of Ft. Walton Beach but all the tourist amenities of close-by Destin (six miles). No smoking in the unit or on the balconies. No pets allowed (the owner has severe allergies). Light switches. Rugs. All very dirty. Not one extra sheet blanket or pillowcase in 4 bedrooms. Only 4 wash cloths. No dishrags at all. I fell back on a rusty legged broken chair on the patio. The vertical blinds were missing so many pieces I had to hang beach towels up at night to keep the light out. We had to move lamps and electronics to find an outlet that worked. It’s just very neglected. And dirty. I would not rent from Alicia Hollis ever again. I had to call twice to get the address and directions for check in. I still never did receive that email. This place is probably a solid okay at best when it’s actually cared for properly, but that was not the case with our group of 8\. We got there after a long drive only to immediately discover that the AC wasn’t working for 3 bedrooms/1 bathroom (85% of the whole condo). For half of tour trip, one of us had to spend quality vacation time trying to convince them that this was unacceptable and that we needed to be refunded in full for the nights without AC (which we eventually did get after several exhausting phone calls with the property managers). They fixed it after 4 nights and of course didn’t do a good job, because it was obnoxiously loud and kicking on constantly every 5 minutes to ensure that you couldn’t get any sleep. Other than that… it was kind of generally gross (mattress in the living room pull out couch that we had to have someone sleep on because it felt like a swamp in the other bedrooms had a giant blood stain on it, and the dishwasher literally just didn’t work, which is a huge paid when you have dishes from 8 people). It created a lot of tension and disappointment overall with our group, and I think we all considered the much-needed trip to be an enormous waste of time and money. ##### Dolly C. The condo could have used a little extra attention in house keeping. I do understand the short handed of workers caused some things to go over looked. It is close to numerous restaurants without having to deal with the congestion of Destin. Check-in was fast and easy. I've stayed in 3 or 4 condos in this complex and the beds in this unit was by far the least comfortable. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need! It is well equipped for families with the beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, etc. Plenty of room and the balconies are so comfortable and welcoming. No washer and dryer in unit, but are available on every floor for about $1.50\. The pool is terrific and very well maintained. Access to beach is great! Would stay again if mattresses were replaced. ##### Aimee R. Everything you need is in the condo, we stayed for 4 nights and went to Walmart the first night for coffee filters and garbage bags, as well as food. Everything you need to cook great meals is there. There were plenty of bath towels for 7 of us. There is also a vacuum and brooms for quick clean ups of all the beautiful white sand from the beach only a few steps away. The only reason I did four stars for cleanliness was that there was a makeup jar in the one bed when we arrived and some of the pots and pans and dishes needed to be cleaned before use, but I would have done that anyway. There is a dishwasher and there were two packets of dishwasher powder included so that was great. There is not dish soap for hand washing and you need to bring laundry soap, but washers and dryers were very clean and only $1.50 a piece. They also take a credit card so that was great as well. On the property there are carts which fit all of a groceries and belongings to get from the parking lot to our condo. I have zero complaints about this property and zero complaints about anyone else staying at this property, it is a very family friendly place with great views and easy access to a beautiful uncrowded beach! ##### Jason R. Floors were nasty to the point that your socks or feet would look like you had been walking in the dirt. No internet for over half the stay nor was the tv in the living room. BEDS were the worse sleeping beds add said there were 2 queens and the manager agreed she saw this and that that’s not what we got. Springs will poke u in the back in twin beds the rest of the beds were so hard you could have slept on floor and would be just as comfortable. We told manager they they didn’t offer to do anything other than have someone to come and mop floor. I wouldn’t stay with them again if it were free! They could have at least offered to get a memory foam or something. Please look at other reviews and stay away from this place!!!!! ##### Brenda S.
