PROPERTY RULES * Maximum occupancy: 12 guests (including sleeper sofa) * Must sign rental agreement within 48 hours of booking or reservation is subject to cancellation * Minimum age to book: 25 * Smoking is strictly prohibited * All reservations are non-refundable — we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance * Maximum of 2 pets allowed. Weight limit is 75 lbs. A $250 pet fee applies. All pets must be approved in advance. The fee is to be charged after reservation confirmation.

We had a great stay in the beautiful brand new home. We love the pool and our dogs loved being able to play in the fenced in yard. The house was very comfortable - we had a rainy day so we made great use of the ultra high-speed WiFi and streamed a few shows on our Prime account. The kitchen has just about everything you’d need. Our only suggestion would be non-stick baking sheets to reheat food, as most people won’t bring aluminum foil. The best thing was being the 4th or 5th renter rather than the 100th. The home still has the new house smell and is SO clean. The hosts were great and allowed us a late checkout as no guests were arriving after us. The location is great. Less than a 5 min walk to the beach. You’re right in the middle between Seaside and Rosemary Beach as each are only 10-15 minutes away. We’d definitely rent this home again.

We arrived around 6pm & couldn’t get in the property.After about 35 minutes calling all the numbers given, someone called us back.After about 20 more minutes of trying to get in we still couldn’t.Thankfully there was a keypad on the garage door so we could get in that way.The house is gorgeous BUT as soon as we entered there was a terrible smell that got worse as you entered the stairwell areas.The primary bdrm is on the 3rd floor. A disgusting smell was coming from the shower that was so bad it smelled like something died. There’s a little “wet bar” but the ice maker didn’t work.The ice maker didn’t work downstairs which we later found out the water wasn’t turned on so the property management company brought some ice.The pool was ICE cold and the hot tub didn’t work. There wasn’t even gas ran to it at all. Finally, after communicating with the owner (which by the way took forever and was really annoying after finding out he was local) they sent a plumber to fix the hot tub the day before we left. We were there 9 days.Mentioned in the listing was a storage room,couldn’t use that.The listing also said the house was a minute from seaside, not true. It’s also not a 5 minute walk from the beach. There’s an alarm on the back door leading out to the pool & any time you go out the door or come in it goes off, it’s extremely loud.Lights in bdrms go off & on in the middle of the night.Prop co offered a free night and 500 off but haven’t rec’d that.Prop shld be called lipstick on a pig
