However, we decided to extend our stay and find a hotel to stay overnight. We would then return to Orlando on Sunday and drive back to Southern California on Monday. The hotel we chose was very pleasant, clean, and well-equipped with kitchen supplies. It also had a collection of seashells. However be careful what web site you make your reservations with. They tell you there is a pool, complimentary breakfast. These are no more. After the hurricanes the pool is gone as well as then doing a breakfast for there customers. Check in with Ken was awesome. Its more than a room irs an apartment with full kitchen, screened balcony overlooking the Gulf of America. One of the best places on Sanibel for sea shell hunting. The front desk service at check-in and check-out was fantastic – friendly, welcoming, and efficient. The beach is spectacular – peaceful, clean, and ideal for relaxing or shelling. Everything at the hotel is well cared for and thoughtfully maintained. It was a wonderful experience and we will definitely be coming back.
