No soap on bathroom counter to wash your hands. We were given 1 roll of toilet paper to use (But it was not a full roll). We stayed for 4 days and only drove once after arriving. The beach was right across the street. There are all kinds of eateries within walking distance with two breakfast cafes and an ice cream shop on the same street! There is also Matanzas preserve if you want to go on a little trail run, which we did. It’s about a 10 minute walk away from the property. The beach was also very nice. It’s very family friendly.
