"Perfect morning coffee on balcony. Saw Dolphins and plenty of wading birds on the flats at low tide. 1st floor (but elevated), basically overhanging the water. Safe and quiet. Spacious, comfortable with New kitchen appliances. Short walk to Lover's Key beach Separate Restaurant on site (Flippers) was amazing."
