« Spent three weeks in Florida - of which the 10 nights in this condo by far was the most relaxing, comfortable and enjoyable period.Sitting right at one of the canals, the condo offers a great view of boating traffic etc. The condo has all the amenities one could ask for (and more), so we were extremely happy throughout our stay.The big pool next to the condo was a huge plus, where the whole family spent many hours.We would love to come back again! »

« I totally agree with the previous reviews. This is a spacious, well-decorated condo with stunning water views, a well-equipped kitchen and a comfy bed. My wife and I stayed for a week in early April and enjoyed the adjacent/nearby restaurants and clubhouse pool. Cape Coral has the same weather as Fort Myers and Naples without nearly the amount of traffic. Regina’s instructions and communications were easy and timely too. All of that added up to great stay for us. »

« The property definitely exceeded expectations. The layout of the place is perfect and whatever we needed was available.We were able to see dolphins and manatee right from the lanai. The pool was wonderful and the neighbors were all very friendly and helpful with recommendations. There is so much to do in this area and great restaurants close by. The owner is very helpful and was even able to get us in a day early. »
