Great Views on the Bay

Very pleased with the location and layout of the condo. We mostly hung out on the large balcony, where we saw dolphins and manatees. Will likely return so we can experience more of the surrounding areas.

We stayed two nights. Kitchen was well-equiped, supplied with cooking utensils, cookware and seasonings. Had extras: food snacks (very helpful for traveling with kids) , waters, cereals, popcorn packets, etc. all helpful when first settling in. Small details like tooth brushes, all bath supplies.... Very thoughtful. Loved being out on the deck, watching the sea life with binoculars.Check in process was a breeze, felt safe in area. Would recommend to others

A peaceful oasis

Set back from the hustle and bustle of the beaches, this friendly building was perfect for us. It’s nestled in a wildlife sanctuary, and I spent every morning and evening sitting outside listening to the water and watching nature do its thing. Highly recommend.

Loved everything about this property. Awesome restaurant right on site. Beautiful pool and hot tub by the water We saw dolphins and stingrays every day. The host is very thoughtful and has everything you can possibly need in this suite. We will be back!

We loved our post-Christmas getaway.

The condo was in a wonderful location for us to travel around to different beaches and sites in the area. Our room was cozy and well stocked with essentials (ie. coffee!) and the balcony view was amazing. Sandy was great to work with and made us feel welcome from the very beginning.

Great View.

We saw dolphins on occasion from the balcony as well as a beautiful view . Condo was clean and exceptionally stocked with items needed for the beach. Many restaurants open now on fort myers beach .

Great property and more than expected

The property was perfect for us and the owner had it well stocked with everything needed from coffee, creamer, water and more. We were very comfortable and would recommend this property to others. The only downside was it is in an area that is still recovering from Hurricane Ian so there are a lot of restaurants and businesses still closed. Truly sad to see all the damage but it is being rebuilt and will be outstanding.

Awesome Adventure!!

The views are amazing!!! We used the balcony every morning and evening to watch the dolphins, manatees, and jumping tarpon.The balcony is huge with very comfortable and relaxing furniture.The kitchen is so thoughtfully stocked for anyone traveling to have everything they need at their finger tips. The bathroom has plenty of essentials as well! The living room is stocked with games, binoculars, and they also provide beach towels, cooler, chairs and umbrella.The bedroom has very nice bed mattress and pillows along with the awesome view.Very nice pool area with plenty of chairs and you can watch the bay if you are not looking at the waterfall in the pool:)We truly hope to be back very soon!

Great getaway from winter

Upon arrival, we were able to get right into the unit. The instructions were perfect. We were pleasantly surprised that the unit was all as described and more. The balcony was our favorite spot. We could sit there any time of day. We even saw dolphins! The unit was equipped with anything that we could need.We would recommend this unit and host to anyone.

This Place is Amazing

First time staying bayside and I’m so happy that we did!! The view is amazing and we saw dolphins and even a sea turtle! Sunrises are just as beautiful as sunsets! The condo has so many extras that it would be a very long post to describe. So to sum it up: small individual condiments of almost everything you can think of!! Ranch, Jelly, syrup, honey, teas etc etc. very well stocked! Loved how during the night when you walked to the bathroom there was subtle night lights that would come on automatic. Super comfortable bed and pillows!

Lock had changed

When we arrived, the directions to get into the unit didn't work. I had to call many times to get a hold of the owners. Apparently, the lock had changed but they hadn't changed the directions on the vrbo website. Eventually, I got a hold of them and we got in but I was worried I had been scammed. The place was clean and nice for our 1 night stay. We didnt even use the pool.

Favorite Spot

This is not our first stay in 803. There are the best views of the sunrise and sunsets! The condo has everything you need and very clean. Our host are the Best!! Loved the coffee bar this year. There was a water main break in Bonita Springs that affected us for a short amount of time but we had water before the evening was over. We enjoyed the pool and my husband loved the fishing in the bay. We visited Sanibel Island one day and a beach in Bonita Springs. Plenty of local restaurants and ice cream shops nearby. Lovers Key will always be our favorite! Until next time!

We loved the little condo and all The extras that was thought of for an enjoyable stay! Coffee condiments baggies extra dry foods beach chairs towels cooler beach umbrella beach cart! So so helpful. Bring extra tp! Not in beach but we loved the quietness this spot! Beautiful view lots of wildlife in ocean! We really had a good time!!

Perfect location, and dolphins everyday!

This was my first trip after chemo and a celebration trip. ❤️ The place was clean, stocked with lots of thoughtful extras, a great view! It felt like our own private and relaxing spot, away from all the noise, yet close enough if we wanted to head to where the action was. We saw dolphins every single day from the balcony! It’s a short walk to the state park where we found lots of great shells and sand dollars. The Flippers restaurant was delicious. The communication with any questions I had was amazing and prompt! They even looked up times available and pricing for us for activities we asked about. With so many details covered in this rental, and so many details in communication- it was the perfect get away- and we can’t wait to come back! Thank you!
