You are looking for a relaxing holiday with family and friends? Maybe someone who will care about your stay? If you ask me, my answer is this place!  
We are proud to offer an immaculate 4 bedroom 2 story Coral Ridge house. This prestigious neighborhood is less than 2 miles from Fort Lauderdale Beach, 1 mile from Galleria Mall, shopping and other attractions. This modern home offers a master suite on the second floor with 2 huge walking closets and plenty of space for storing all your belongings.  
  
Please read the House Rules before booking:  
  
Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, this house is spacious and provides the perfect space for entertaining guests. However, we ask that you respect these simple rules:  
\-No parties.  
\-No smoking inside.  
\-No noise or loud music after 10 PM.  
  
There are exterior surveillance cameras and noise detector devices in place too - so please don't try anything funny!  
  
Lastly, we ask that you don't stay more than 8 people (10 including children) at the house at all times.

\* 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms  
\* The kitchen has everything needed for cooking including soft closing cabinets, dishes, silverware, glassware, plastic ware and wine glasses for the pool area. There are also pots, pans and other cooking tools in this kitchen. You will find an air fryer, a Keurig coffee maker which is perfect for the morning caffeine fix.  
\* All bathrooms come with an assortment of soft towels, hair dryers and first-aid, products for cleaning up such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, toothbrushes and toilet paper.  
\* Laundry Room: Available for your use upstairs; iron, ironing board.  
\* Parking: 2-car garage (parking is also available in the driveway), up to 4 vehicles total. Level 2 EVO Charge electric vehicle charging station.  
  
\* This lovely home has a private heated pool, an outdoor gas grill, an outdoor shower and four lounge chairs with all of the necessary summer-fun accessories!  
  
You'll never want to leave this beautiful home - it's definitely worth the stay!  
  
\*Home contractors: Please be aware that our pool, lawn, pest control company may be there to service the exterior of the house so don't be alarm.  
  
\* Self Check-In. To self-check-in, you'll need to read the instructions carefully and let us know if there's anything going wrong at all! Instructions will be sent one day before your stay begins..  
\*Check-in time\* is after 4 p.m.; check-out is before 11 a.m.  
  
You're invited to cook in the kitchen, store drinks inside the fridge and wash clothes inside the washing machine.

Excellent view with close central location and the home exceeded our expectations in every way! Wonderful responsive management system with customer service and information that Sanctuary provided prior to our arrival was extremely helpful. Didn’t have to search for them. This property was gorgeous, well maintained, in a great location and very comfortable! The owner takes great care of this location, Jessica communicated with us all weekend to make sure we had everything we needed. She even greeted us with some snacks and wine!

#### Spring break!!!

We came here to relax with family and that’s exactly what we did. The host answered any questions we had in a timely fashion. The house was beautiful and just enough space for all us. We loved it!

Overall we had an excellent stay. Property was very clean. We would have appreciated knowing before we paid about the monitoring for number of guests and sound. And the potential fine. We did not have a problem with the rules but it would be nice to know about monitoring and potential fine up front. But the location was good for us. The beach and restaurants were close.

#### Perfect location

Let me start off by saying Jessica was GREAT! She was accessible and responded quickly to all my questions. I booked this property for a business retreat, totaling 4 couples. Each room had its own bathroom (perfect for couples) and parking was included. It was 4 mins from the retreat and we were able to see the fireworks from the boat show.
