With a living room featuring 2 queen beds and 1 sofa bed, this property provides a cozy retreat. Guests can relax and unwind in this spacious area, offering a lovely ocean and beach view. We're happy to assist with any questions you may have while you're staying at our studio. Large studio with a kitchenette, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, electric oven, and toaster. Two queen-size beds, a sofa, a dining area, two 60" smart TVs, VCR with movies. Large heated pool, Tiki bar at the beach, Italian Restaurant, coffee shop 24/7, Beauty salon, Spa, stores, ATM cashier, laundry. The valet parking fee is $18 per day. Beach towels are available near the pool, $5 refundable. I provide beach towels, beach chairs, and an umbrella. NEW LISTING, 20% discount for the first three bookings. The Tiki bar was nice for breakfast or a late nite cocktail. Grocery store is in walking distance, and the Circuit ride service was handy to go to Lauderdale by the Sea. The host was extremely friendly and communication was clear and very quick. The room was perfect with some nice items for use like beach chairs, beach towels, and even sunscreen.
