W/ 3br 3.5bath Home Sweet Vacation! Come enjoy our large 3 story townhouse in Fort Lauderdale's charming and convenient Harbordale. You'll enjoy your own luxurious and private townhouse with a beautiful third floor terrace. You will be close to 17th Street Causeway providing world class views of Fort Lauderdale's intracoastal waterways. Ubers are never far away and you can't get any closer to the airport and the cruise port. 3 story townhouse with 3 ½ bathrooms. Better than paying for 3 hotel rooms! Each beautiful bedroom has its own private bathroom. Flat screen TVs and Wifi in every room. Fully stocked with beach towels, board games, and even beach cruiser bicycles to keep the whole family entertained! From hairdryers to extra toothbrushes, we’ve got you covered. Set up with all of the comforts of a hotel, and then some! Stay for a day or stay for a month. Our home is your home. First floor: 1 car garage, Living room, dining room, fully stocked kitchen, ½ bathroom, workstation with computer and printer, small completely fenced in back patio with turf grass and outdoor grill. Second floor: Master bedroom with King sized bed, ensuite Master bathroom with separate tub and walk-in shower, Guest bedroom with King sized bed, Guest bathroom with shower/tub. Third floor: HUGE open but private loft with King sized bed, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, large terrace with outdoor sofa and city views Guest access: Gas Grill, Bicycles, Board Games, and Third Floor Terrace. Interaction with guests: We love Fort Lauderdale and are happy to answer any questions and offer suggestions on things to see and do in this beautiful beach town. Where to go, what to see, and how to best get there; all things we are happy to help and point you in the right direction. We live nearby and do our best to make your stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. The neighborhood Harbordale park a few feet away. Great for cruising families with young children. Getting around: Take time to walk down 17th Street towards the intracoastal waterway. Plenty of fantastic restaurants within walking distance and great restaurants on the water nearby. Or hop into an Uber, which are never more than a few minutes away. We were told there was parking for 2, however it would’ve been better if we were told that the parking space was for small compact cars and NOT SUVs. One of the beds on the 3rd floor had the wood pallets already fallen off. The kicker is that we didn’t know the pallets weren’t secured until my nephew sat on the bed and fell through. So we had to fix it each time he wanted to lay in it. The bed in the “master” bedroom on the 2nd floor was lopsided which resulted in severe back pain. There was only one towel per guest, no wash rags. The drawers in one of the bathrooms were half secured. The vents were all closed so we had to open them. The blinds didn’t work to open them up. There were no napkins/paper towels. We were not given check out instructions. We contacted the owners around 12pm the day of check in and never got a response back. We tried to contact them again when we arrived to confirm the parking situation with no response. Here we are more then 48 hours later and still never got. A response from them. The one good thing was that it was close to where we needed to be. ##### Andrea H. This property turned out to be just what we needed. My older daughter and her partner had a bedroom to themselves with a king bed, my younger daugher and her cousin shared a king bed in another bedroom and my adult son and shared the top floor with separate king beds. Not really much in walking distance but very convenient to get to the cruise and short uber rides to plenty of dinner places. Thermostat was an issue and we froze for a while until i emailed the owner who turned the temp back up. Supposedly the thermostat is not locked but none of us could turn the knob so that was an issue. Property is across from a nice park with a play area for young children. top floor has a balcony where we had beers and watched the sunset. the outdoor furniture was a bit worn and the upstairs patio could use a coat of paint but still nice view. There were some maintenance related things that were not as advertised and there were some safety and privacy issues as well. There should be coverings for the shower areas that stop water from getting onto the floors and there should be window coverage in the bathrooms to prevent people from looking inside the home. The dryer is also very loud and squeaky so if you use it try to make sure that you do not use it towards the end of the night. Overall, this property has great potential and it is in a prime location; it just needs some upkeep, touching up and cleaning up. ##### Rachel C. It was fine for that short stay, but any longer would have been unpleasant. Our general feeling is that the pictures don't accurately portray the overall condition of the property. The home is showing a lot of wear, like broken blinds on the front door, patio door tough to open and similar little annoyances. To sum up, a fresh coat of paint and other attention is required.
