15 minutes ride to hard rock Stadium, Where the miami dolphins play. 10 minutes from Dania beach, and 8 minutes from Fort Lauderdale airport.

Guests will enjoy privacy. We do not socialize with our Guests.
However, we are available 24/7 if any issues will arise.
We are also available anytime for questions or guidance as needed.
Our Guests are our first priority.

You will have the entire apartment for yourself. Located on the ground floor of a two story building.
A queen bed and a futon bed in the bedroom and a second futon in the living room. Two 55 inch smart TV’s. We provide all the sheets , blankets, pillows and linens for both beds.
We can set up a pack n play if needed. And will try to provide anything extra you may need. Please do not hesitate to ask. It is our goal and pleasure, to strive to provide anything that is necessary for the perfect stay. Thank you!

Dania Beach Stay

We loved our stay here and totally felt at home with all of the convenient kitchen and bathroom items. Bed was super comfy and we loved the decor. Outside area was nice also and well-maintained - nice quiet neighborhood as well.

Unfortunate situation for everyone.

I would like to start this by saying I am not usually the person to leave reviews on not great experiences. We were super excited about our stay here. The three of us were coming into Miami for a work conference. When we arrived, the room was fine and we were definitely able to make it work. Unfortunately we were expecting to be able to use the 2 futons, however one was broken in the middle and there was only one set of blankets and sheets. We did not reach out to management regarding this as we did not want to be a hassle and we ended up just having two people share the bed. The main issue can when in the middle of our trip with two nights remaining, the only toilet and shower flooded the bedroom. Some of our things did get wet as we did not know this was happening… It took a while to get someone over to the property and communication was not great. We quickly left the property and booked a hotel room. Unfortunately, we were only refunded for the two nights which did not cover the amount I had to spend on a last minute hotel room. ZRBO would not help us. After a request for a full refund was denied, I asked for just enough to cover the cost of the hotel I had to get, which was also denied. I wish this had been handled differently. Overall- this was a very unfortunate circumstance for all parties involved.

Didn’t even stay!

The check in process was fine, although the door leading to the apartment was open and there was a light on, so we were a little worried someone was inside. Once inside the apartment we knew we couldn’t stay. It smelled like smoke! The refrigerator was dirty and there was a thermos on the table, almost like someone had been there. The futon looked too small for our girls to sleep on. There’s no way this place could actually sleep 5 people. But regardless of that, the strong cigarette smoke smell was bad enough that we left and got a hotel. Would not recommend staying here.
