The towels and the sheets were so dirty and smelled of body odor. There was a drawer of dirty underwear, socks and shorts. We decided to leave early, because it was so disgusting. This rental has made us rethink utilizing VRBO as a vacation option. The views on the website did not compare to the condition of the property and this property is diminishing the VRBO brand. Location is 5 minutes from Old Town. King Sooper for groceries close by, quiet neighborhood and having secure garage parking was a bonus. Plenty of parking front and back. Kitchen well stocked and large space to hang out. Stairs to all bedrooms, so just be aware. Beds on second floor are pretty tall but super comfy. The beds were all comfortable, and it was quiet for sleeping at night. The kitchen was clean and well equipped. We walked to a nearby fitness center and also to Old Town Fort Collins.
