The hotel was lovely, with amazing views. The room was great—comfortable and very quiet, perfect if you’re looking to relax. The location was also very convenient. I would definitely stay here again, and 100% recommend it!

The hotel is well equipped and looked after but as others have mentioned it could do with a bit of updating. We stayed half board and enjoyed the buffets for both breakfast and dinner. We did get a bit tired of it all by the end of the week though. We went in mid October and it was fairly quiet. We didn’t notice any other British guests but the hotel staff all spoke English for those times when our Spanish wasn’t up to scratch. The hotel is well located for a short stroll in to Es Pujols and the beaches there. We hired e-bikes one day which was a great way to explore the island without too much complaining from our 13 year old! A chilled out holiday which we all enjoyed a lot.

Nice BUT issues

We arrived the place was deserted not alot of people staying in April as hotel just opened which we knew what was going to be the case, Hotel.com and Expedia say on the website the swimming pool is open from March to November which isnt the case and a huge let down as we are a family with small chidren and only reason we booked was it having a swimming pool it opened day before we left, Had to hire a car to travel to beach everyday more expense we weren't plan on spending nothing to do in hotel with kids, Emailed Hotels.com on 1st day nothing back for 2 days then just an email saying we will credit you 140 usd about £115 we paid close to £900 for 6 nights £115 was an insult and they said nothing more they could do ended up getting £170, Room is basic but clean, views are stunning, Breakfast is nice fresh eggs how you want them, Dinner/Tea/Evening meal always cold we got there nearly every night at 8pm when it opened and was luke warm,

Our stay was very enjoyable overall, and we truly liked the hotel despite a few areas that need improvement. The highlights were definitely the exceptionally polite and helpful staff, who always made us feel welcome. The location is excellent, and the views are absolutely stunning. The saltwater pool is beautiful and one of the hotel's best features. We also loved the pool towels, which were soft and of excellent quality. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. The main area that needs improvement is the breakfast and the overall food service. The staff should wear clean aprons every day, as this would create a better impression. The food often did not look very appetizing, and some ingredients seemed to be reused over several days. The plates and glasses did not always appear perfectly clean, and the juices were artificial and of poor quality. We believe the hotel would greatly benefit from hiring an experienced chef to improve the dining experience. The towels in the room were noticeably lower in quality than the pool towels and could be upgraded. The bathrooms could also be improved by removing the old-looking bathtubs or, at the very least, installing grab bars to make getting in and out of the tub safer and easier. Finally, we would have appreciated longer opening hours for the swimming pool. Despite these issues, we genuinely enjoyed our stay. The hotel's excellent staff, breathtaking views, comfortable rooms, and wonderful pool.

La camera che mi hanno dato non posso dire niente perché è nuova , lo stanno ristrutturando , il contesto è carino, circa due km dal centro. Pessimo il ristorante. Ho avuto un problema per una coppia di amici che all’ultimo minuto non sono riusciti partire per problemi di salute e mandando certificati ma loro risposta è stata CI DISPIACE. Vi racconterò come è andata.

Muy buena atención por parte de todo el personal. Quedamos muy agradecidos a la jóven que nos atendió en recepción y nos facilitó el cambio de habitación puesto que en la nuestra no funcionaba el aire caliente. Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen, generell sehr muffig. In die Kästen würde ich keine Kleidung einräumen. Wir hatten zu tun damit wird den muffigen Geruch aus den Kästen übertönen. Ausreichend lüften war auch nicht möglich. Wir wurden jeden Tag von Gelsen heimgesucht. Obwohl wir nur kurz bei ausgeschaltetem Licht das Zimmer betraten und verließen. Essen war mittelmäßig bis unterdurchschnittlich. Oft hätte schon eine bessere Lebensmittalqualität gereicht, schade das hier so gespart wurde. Ansonsten war das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ok/i.O. Außenanlagen, Bar/Pool/Gärten/... einfach Top. Personal sehr freundlich! Familienfreundlich ;-)
