Shoutout to Margaux in the dining room-a wonderful young woman, and also to the staff who checked us out who went out of their way to correct a billing error as we were about to drive away to the Lyon airport. "Surprised at the abrupt and unfriendly welcome. No patience to explain to non-French speaking guest what she just said. Very unpleasant. Room is small as is bathroom. Only a rather heavy comforter and no top sheet. Either too hot or too cold. "

A most corteous and professional welcome to a spotless and comfortbale hotel which we had chose due to its restaurant service for dinner.....and we were happily surpised by the quality and variety of the menu served by a very friendly team in most pleasant surroundings.
