The location on the marsh did not disappoint, with beautiful sunsets and views of both the marsh and the ocean from the rooftop deck. Both larger bedrooms have marsh views as well, which we really enjoyed.As mentioned in previous reviews, the kitchen in this home is VERY well stocked for cooking - including a new gas range. More than enough dishes/cups/serving pieces/utensils/etc. Probably more than I have at home! Though it was just me and my daughter, the central kitchen/living room area would suit a small family as well. Having two bathrooms was nice - we usually rent a smaller place, and I enjoyed having my own space. The view from the bathtub in the master is wonderful. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were great. There is a newer tankless hot water heater with the thermostat right in the master - nice for filling the big tub.As previous reviews have mentioned, this is a very cute/quaint older home, and though it has some recent improvements, it shows its age in places, and renovations done many years ago are needing some attention. I don't know that these things would keep me from staying here again - we loved the kitchen, the views, proximity to two beach access points and the lighthouse preserve.
