Nestled away on a private, estate size 1 acre lot & only 2 blocks from the ocean, this home is perfect for a private vacation away from beach crowds. 6 Blocks from restaurants, bars, Folly Beach Pier & shopping.The home's grand interior & exterior living spaces lend themselves well to entertaining year round, & with that entertaining in mind, the spacious, combined kitchen, dining & living areas are definitely a plus for this beach home. The main home has 4 large bedrooms all with their own private bathrooms. The enormous kitchen holds 2 fridges, double ovens,1 full dishwasher and 1 drawer-style dishwasher, wine cooler & separate ice maker. Heated tile floors in living area, kitchen and master bath are a real luxury. There is a separate studio off the front porch area of the main home with a king bed, living area, flat screen tv, sectional with full size pull out bed, full bath, kitchenette and dining area. This studio is perfect for those who still want to be part of the group but need a little more privacy. Pool area has a banquet style buffet counter with built in Stainless BBQ to make group lunches & dinners effortless. 3 sets of French doors open to pool deck. Conveniently located utility room has full size, front loading washer/dryer. Your family will be able to relax and not be on top of each other in this spacious estate. The outdoor space is great. There is a pool, large number of lounge chairs,outdoor shower and bathroom. It is a quick 15 minute walk to the pier and middle of town. The host is responsive. The pictures really undersell this property. The MIL suite is a great bonus if separate families are traveling together. This booking was well worth the price. ##### Kristin H. Our extended family was so comfortable. We all felt like we had our own space. The connected apartment is ideal for a couple or small family who could use a little extra privacy. There are actually four sets of bunk beds in the house! In the upstairs game room there are two sets, and on the first floor there is another bunk room with its own bathroom. The upstairs bunks have to share a bathroom with the master bedroom upstairs. The kitchen and great room are huge and stunning. The view from the back porch/pool area is so private and nothing in sight but the beautiful nature around you. It would be nice to have the option of paying for the pool to be heated, but the kids still used it despite it being freezing! All in all I can’t really find anything negative to say. If you are able to grab this for your vacation- do it! You won’t regret it! ##### Jill H. This year we picked Charleston and this Folley Beach home. It had beds and bathrooms for each couple and plenty of room for everyone to spread out in. The owner was very quick to answer any questions I had which I really appreciated. My husband and I were coming from snow so loved the large deck to lounge and visit on.
