« The Coco Sands villa was a great place to spend a couple of nights. It was walkable to the beach. It was clean and had a 50s/retro vibe. Our only complaint were the shades on windows. Because the window shades were vertical blinds with plastic slats and they had gaps, we noticed that people driving on the street could easily see in at night. Other than that a good place to stay! »

« It was a beautiful little condo. Nothing fancy but for my boyfriend and i it was perfect. Came with 2 beds and a small tv. It was right outside the pool area which was actually really nice and a little pourch of your own. Glad we booked with coastal waters. Thank you for a nice stay. »

« Belle unité, très propre. Le lit est très haut, et pas très confortable. Les photos du listing sont à la limite de la fausse représentation. Le beau patio qu’on voit près de la plage est presque totalement un espace réservé à l’unité 7. De plus, une autre photo, celle d’une terrasse devant les unités, montre un lieu que nous n’avons pas vu sur place. »

« les ^proprios ont été gentils et avenants et nous ont permis d arriver plus tot mais la dame de ménage avait omis de laisser la passe de stationnement et nous avons du nous memes faire les démarches pour l obtenir les proprios étant pas sur place .endroit tes bien situé. salle de jeux manquait des accessoires pour utiliser par exemple table de ping pong pas de raquettes ni de filet .et prendre note que c est aussi un hotel et ils louent des chambres a n importe qui . »

« Our accommodations were basically good. We got an early check-in. We were missing hand soap and dish soap but when I called they had a bag of supplies hanging on our door the next morning. I pictures were fairly accurate, the location good and as stated. My only complaint as far as cleaning was the bath/shower surround. They had the sliding doors on tracks. I'm guessing it was clean but it looked gross in the tracks and on the edges on the doors....really needs a redo. I also think the inside of...

« We had a wonderful stay at a clean roomy condo on the beach. Everything we needed was there. The condo was exactly as he described. Mr Mitchell, the owner was kind and informative and was on hand for when we locked ourselves out. We appreciated that he was available by phone to help us right away. I would definitely rent from Mitchell Properties again. I felt trust and relaxed. And it was beautiful! »

« Thank you for sharing your place with me as I visited my son at ERAU. It was very clean and a cute studio condo. Very quite at night and convenient get away to the beach. I enjoyed the pool. I liked how the laundry room was air conditioned and Clean Pay Mobile app made it easier then using coins. »

« Condo was fine, we had to Lyft to dinner and shopping since we didn’t bring a car, but otherwise ok. Had a couple of strange occurrences with lights coming on/off with no explanation and unexplained noises that were unsettling but fine for a short stay. »

« This adorable beach front condo is perfect!You need it, it’s there!! I took my 12 yr old granddaughter this time and she loved wading in the water and picking up shells.
