« Our air conditioner went out on Wednesday evening. Called them on Thursday morning and technician came around 1pm. Said the compressor was shot and had to get another one. Said if he did would be back on Friday. He never came back and we checked out on Sunday. Needless to say we were miserable. Not only was it hot it was humid. I contacted Brightwild for a resolution but no response to date. The unit was clean but not comfortable. Bed too soft, couch very uncomfortable,and the airorondack chairs...

« Would absolutely stay again! Lived it. This place was absolutely as described. Walking distance to the beach from free parking at our room. Full kitchen and small fridge. Much bigger fridge than most hotels. At least the ones I have stayed in.Shower was great and hot water was on tap. I didn’t try out out queen size fold out bed.
