Nice location. Needs work

Nice location. Property manager communication was great. Check in was good. The apartment needs updating. Doesn’t look like the photos. It is very loud area. On the ground floor and in a very busy loud area. We didn’t get much sleep at all.

Peruzzi apartment: great location and beautiful place to stay.

The Peruzzi apartment in Florence was a nice place to stay for 2 nights. There was room for my husband and I, and our 2 teenage kids. The kitchen was tiny (very narrow), but hadf nearly everything we needed to cook with. I appreciated having a washing maching too. The location of the apartment could not have been better; this was in walking distance (15 minutes) from all major tourist attractions in central Florence. Our only complaint was that the air conditioning was not strong, and you had to sit right in front of it to cool down (or be in the main bedroom). The upstairs bedroom where my daughter stayed was hot the whole time. It would be nice to have a portable electric fan for the upstairs sleeping area.
