The apartment is fully equipped with all the comforts you need. Short walk (10-15 minutes) to the Accademia Gallery, to the Duomo, museums, markets, and other famous attractions. ACCOMMODATION Our apartment is completely renovated and is located on the first floor in an elegant apartment building. Very quiet as it completely overlooks a garden. The apartment is about 35m2 and is equipped with a table for 4, microwave, kettle, refrigerator, stove, American and Italian coffee makers, pots, pans, utensils for cooking, a bathroom with window (toilet , bidet, shower, hair dryer), a bedroom (queen size bed, wardrobe, 40 "flatscreen smart tv), heating and air conditioning. The terrace offers the possibility of having a glass of wine outdoors (tablet for 2). Services included: complimentary Nescafe instant coffee, sugar, soap, shower gel, toilet paper, garbage bags. Wifi, heating, air conditioning, bed sheets, bath towels, informative brochure of the apartment, final cleaning. Our apartment is located in the district of Piazza Libertà a few steps from the heart of the historic center (10 - 15 minutes on foot) from the Duomo, museums, parks, markets. It is completely renovated and is located on the first floor in an elegant building. Very quiet as it completely overlooks the gardens. The apartment of about 35 m2 consists of an entrance hall, an equipped kitchen (table for 4 people, microwave, kettle, hob, fridge) a windowed bathroom (toilet, bidet, shower, hair dryer), a bedroom ( double bed, flat screen TV 40, wardrobe) heating and air conditioning. A terrace that will offer the possibility of a breakfast or a glass of wine outdoors (table for 2 people). SERVICES INCLUDED: Courtesy set (Nescaffè coffee, sugar, bath shower soap, toilet paper, garbage bags) Wifi connection, air conditioning, heating, refrigerator, sheets, bath towels, information brochure of the house, final cleaning. INTERACTION WITH GUESTS: We personally greet our guest upon arrival. We can be contacted by phone in the duration of your stay. The usual check in time is 3 pm and 8 pm, any change can be arranged before arrival. Check out is by 11 am. We will personally welcome our guests on arrival. We can be contacted by telephone for the duration of the stay for any need. The normal check - in time is from 15.00 to 20.00 with possible flexibility to be agreed before arrival.
