We had a room with a shower and a balcony - that was really a plus for us. No air con but the fan was a god send during the 35° summer. When we arrived the toilets werent stocked up with soap and paper towels and the reception often opened late and closed early. This, coupled with the overall dingy feel of the place were the worst things about it. However, Florence is expensive, and given what I stood to pay elsewhere, I am pretty happy about our stay here

Noisy from restaurant customers, buses and water pump on the roof could be a problem if you have a problem falling asleep. Room 20 we stayed is on the site of street which is very small. Hope hotel use refill liquid soap/shampoo bottle instead of using disposable soap packets. Location is good, supermarkets, T1 to regional bus station, T2 to train station all within 5-10 minutes walking distance. Use hotel Aline on GPS instead of address because there are two different numbers on the wall. Look for the big square blue number 14.

The bed was kind of uncomfortable and the a/c was very weak. But that seems to be the norm in Italy. If you need a cool room to sleep most of the name brand hotels are a better option. If you want convenience of walking to everything this is in a great spot. If you have a lot of luggage it’s either take the stairs or multiple trips in the small elevator which also seems common in Europe. The hotel is very secure with all of the locking doors on the way to your room

Nice place, nice location.

We very much enjoyed our stay. It was walkable feom the train station with small luggage. The room was beautiful. The bus stop is close by, walking distance was good as well.

As fotos do Hotel disponíveis no site distorcem um pouco o que efetivamente são as instalações. Quarto e banheiros muito pequenos, no ultimo dia faltou agua e luz. O elevador é muito antigo e em regra, nao há pessoas para auxiliar. O Wi-Fi é bom, a localizacao é boa, mas no geral, frustrou nossas expectativas.

A localização é excelente! Perto da estação e dos principais locais interessantes da cidade. O atendimento da equipe foi muito bom, tivemos um problema no ar condicionado que foi prontamente resolvido! Tenha em conta que não é um hotel novo, aliás como provavelmente a maioria ali em Firenze , principalmente perto da parte antiga da cidade! No mais encontramos tudo ok como descrito!
