Our family loved everything about Hotel Adler Cavalieri! We only wished that we could have stayed longer. The hotel was a quick walk to the museums and restaurants. The staff was patient and helpful in recommending restaurants. The beds were very comfortable as well. We highly recommend Hotel Adler Cavalieri!

Loved it from the minute we walked in. The location was excellent and it was just a beautiful hotel. The bar is so pretty and served yummy espresso martinis. Highly recommend.

A very nice traditional hotel in a good location close to all the main city centre attractions and 5minutes walk from the railway station. Our room was a good size, very clean and well appointed. The only thing we could have done with was an iron and ironing board. The staff were all very pleasant, helpful, attentive and friendly. Breakfast was good with a fair selection of different foods both hot and cold. The courtyard was a pleasant place to relax with the added bonus of free coffee and cakes in the afternoons. Overall we had a very pleasant stay at the Adler Cavalieri and would certainly stay again if visiting Florence.

Room was very clean, though bathroom grout was in need of a little more attention. Bed was turned down each evening and perfectly made. Fresh towels every day, but lacking wash cloths. Room was cool, but air conditioning was apparently locked to temperature as we could not make adjustments. It was a little warm at night. We did not utilize the restaurant, but bar service was good. WiFi was also good. We used the laundry service which provided that if submitted by 9am, it would be returned by 9pm the same day. After multiple phone calls to the front desk inquiring about our clothes, we were finally informed that the ticket was separated from our bag and they would deliver it the following morning. We did not receive our washed clothing back until nearly noon. We were somewhat panicked as we booked train tickets for 1pm. Although staff were very concerned about our situation, they were not very forthcoming in offering information. I would not use the laundry service offered.

Clean comfortable room, very quiet. Didn’t use the balcony as very over looked. Hotel very clean. Breakfast was great, a really good variety of options on office. Service was inconsistent amongst staff. Great hotel location for all the sights, you can walk everywhere. Close to tram stop for 20min journey to airport terminal.

This hotel was absolutely lovely. Staff was very helpful with anything we needed: they made us a dinner reservation, it was raining so they provided an umbrella. The location is very convenient- right by the train station, but the area feels nice and you can eqsily get to all the major attractions. Would definitely stay again
