Updated with stainless steel gas appliances, full-size washer and dryer, neutral colors, luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, upgraded lighting & ceiling fans, and more! Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen and comfortable modern furnishings, offering a King bed in the primary bedroom, Queen bed in the second bedroom, and a sofa sleeper in the den. For the golf enthusiast, you are eligible for resident rates at the 18 hole Poston Butte Championship Golf Course managed by Troon. The impressive 48,000 square foot Recreation Center offers a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, indoor jogging/walking track, ballroom, bocce and pickle ball courts, tennis, arts and crafts rooms, and an abundance of clubs and activities to participate in. Plus, there is an onsite restaurant, and you’ll be close proximity to local conveniences such as a grocery store, banks, gas stations, and more. \*\*Passes are available to use the Recreation Center for a one-time cost of $25.00 for two people (MINIMUM 30 DAY STAY REQUIRED TO USE THE AMENITIES PER COMMUNITY GUIDELINES).
