Sandra’s house was very nice. Backyard is beautiful. Have no worries about your dog escaping as her fence is complete and safe. That’s always a worry of mine. Met some of the neighbors. My only complaint is that I am not a fan of bugs and being in the woods and this property was just that. The insects we huge and we found a few large (uncomfortably large) spiders in the bedrooms. That changed the outdoor plans pretty quickly which was unfortunate because we didn’t enjoy it as much as we would have liked. Drove a little over an hour one day to Orlando to do Universal and same drive time and spent a day in St. Pete to do a boat tour which was awesome. This home was about 15 minutes from their home making it very convenient. The house was sparsely furnished but did have the basics. The master bed was low, but not uncomfortable. I would say the house is better suited for a family with younger children because of the beds. The house worked very well for our purposes and we would consider renting it again. The house is central to a good amount of clear springs in the area as well as a short drive to cities such as Tampa & Ocala.
