« Much more than pictures showed. Nice clean very well kept cabin. This place is hidden off in its own quite place very near the river. We were there for our daughters wedding and wanted a nice place to relax for the weekend. We were able to visit with family in the park area and on the nice walk around porch. We had a nice night and didn't have the worry about bothering neighbors. It's a great place to get away from everything. Cabin has all the necessities. Excellent place 5 stars is not enough...

« We visit Durango often and decided to stay on the south side instead of north side like normal. We were pleasantly surprised. The view of the river, the easy trip into town where are amazing. Everything was thought of with porch, grill, firepit, hot tub and so much more. We would for sure stay here again. »

« We definitely enjoyed this property and all the amenities it had to offer. I’m sure there are a few we did not use, but the kitchen was fully equipped to cook or have a dinner for a family. The grill and patio space outside was very nice with wireless speakers a grill and fire pit. Everything was nicely labeled in the linen closet, and in the kitchen. The only thing that was a little difficult for me personally, was the master bedroom bed was a bit high off the ground so we stayed in the second...

« We came to the 4-corners area for a relaxing long weekend. The house is very spacious and the beds very comfortable. The game room is a nice separate space and it was nice that there is a Wii and a smart TV. The location was great, as were only 10-15 minutes from Aztec propped, Bloomfield, and Farmington. It’s only an hour from Durango too, so we spent time in all of these places. It is on a fairly busy road, but the traffic was not a bother at all. »

« Needed a break from the hustle a bustle of life took the family for a weekend of relaxation and that’s exactly what we got. Very nice home, fishing, people your deal with and as an added bonus Frank was a delight a true blessing of a man took time to help get us on the fish and directions for any questions we had just a good human being. Rained all weekend and we still had the time of our lives fantastic memories. We will definitely be back. »

« Lovely space and communication and instructions were on point. Ran a race in Shiprock and was thankful to have a place to rest and relax after the race before flying out the next day. As a female traveler, I’m always mindful of where I stay and this place was wonderful! »

« We had so much fun at this cool Farmington house. Great for families. The backyard was wonderful and was good for our family dinner. Nice touches throughout the house and enjoyed the upstairs room/space. We will stay here again next time in Farmington. We walked everyday to the downtown area for shopping and meals, awesome location. The hosts were great! »

« Bruce is a fantastic host and has everything taken care of to make your stay a pleasure. I fished the San Juan during my stay and it was an easy in and out from Bloomfield to the river. « The 3-bedroom 2-bath home was in a relatively new neighborhood. It had a large brightly lit kitchen (both by natural and interior lighting) with a door that opened to a large covered patio that faced west providing some spectacular sunsets. The kitchen door also had a doggy door and the backyard had a nice yard and gardens bordered by a 6-foot stuccoed wall; so ideal for a dog. The kitchen was very clean and modern with a Keurig coffee maker with numerous flavors available but no sweeteners, so...
