He stayed in touch throughout our stay and made sure that if we needed anything, we had it right away. It is satellite internet, so the signal seems to come and go. We were able to check email but not stream tv. It wasn't a deal breaker for us and I would definitely stay here again. The house is just a few minutes from fly fishing in San Juan River quality waters and an 15 minutes from Navajo Lake (a very easy drive to the lake!). And for the wives it is just few minutes from a winery. Highly recommend this house if you are fly fishing, hiking or going to the lake. ##### david f.
