Located in the quiet Vigie district, 700m from the beach and 600m from the resort center, this holiday residence offers a verdant setting and comprises semi-detached houses and five small apartment buildings.  
  
This family holiday apartment, located on the first floor (no elevator), features a living room with a television (subject to good reception) and a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with two bunk beds, and a bathroom with toilet. Access to the swimming pool, weather permitting, is available from early July to mid-September.  
  
The advantages of this beachfront rental: Breathtaking views of the pool and sea, a loggia with garden furniture, and private parking.  
Cleaning is included.  
Optional services, to be booked 10 days in advance and paid for on-site:  
Rental of sheets, towels, tea towels, and bath mats.  
Wi-Fi box rental.  
  
Pets are not allowed.  
  
Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival:  
  
\- Weekly rental of a mini Wi-Fi box: €39.
