The amenities are great, and our group really enjoyed the basketball and pickleball courts. There’s plenty of room for everyone and even with 20 people the house never felt claustrophobic. Pickleball court is set up in a three car garage. It was a little warm playing because there is no AC or fans, but it was fun to play. The beds were comfortable and the house is very spacious. The lovely 8BR house had plenty of room for our family reunion. We could have the young children and parents on one floor, the late-night revelers / younger adults on their own floor, and the remainder on the main level. We had plenty of space for card games and generally hanging out without feeling crowded.Folks really loved the pickleball court (albeit non-regulation size) and we were glad we invested in purchasing equipment to play. The kids loved the hot tub and theater. The kitchen came well-equipped with everything we needed. I can imagine the house would be even more fun in the warmer months, when the pool is open. The neighborhood itself is nice, but a bit further from Ashville and the sites than ideal. No biggie since we all had cars. I also can't speak highly enough of the hosts and their responsiveness to pre-trip questions and suggestions. They sent over a handyman to relight the gas fireplace pilot for us during our stay, and responded promptly to inquiries. ##### Carol S.
