"The hotel is in a fantastic location on the pistes just above three main lifts (green or red runs down). We arrived at lunchtime and dropped our luggage at the local ski shop, changed and hit the slopes. At the end of the day we skied straight into the hotel and had a drink while they picked up our luggage. "The apartment was clean and well equipped . It has plenty of space (we only used two bedrooms for a family of four) . The owner responded very promptly to any queries and was very helpful . The complex itself is excellent with a bar/restaurant , swimming pool etc . The link down to the centre of Flaine is v easy and quick (ten minutes or so) via the free bus , which runs frequently. Intermediate skiers can ski down , if there is enough snow."

"Beautiful setting, quiet, ski in/ski out access was great. Wonderful facilities to enjoy after a day on the slopes - pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam. Handy on site shop which had everything we needed for a week of self catering. Friendly and helpful staff. "

"Poor reception in the property. We arrived at about 10 pm. No reception open. Eventually found an envelope taped to the wall with our room key in it and confusing instructions as to how to find room. On the day we left a couple had been waiting 8 hours to check in. Staff in general vsried fro rude to intolerant. The exception being the delightful ladies providing breakfast. The barman avoided any work at all and showed his real displeasure if you asked anything of him.. On the plus side great...

"Good rooms, not much to do in the hotel, the reception open hours are poor (bar Saturday) and so if you arrive between 12 and 5 midweek..... good luck The comms from the hotel was not great, and a quick answer to one question would have helped (luggage store). Also, the ski place next door is great and you get a discount - so just go. there"
