Hot Tub, fire pit, fully fenced, views for days! Wake up to beautiful views of the San Francisco Peaks from our three bedroom, two bath home. This home is in a rural area, tucked 15 minutes east of Flagstaff, in the high desert. Our home is perfectly situated for plenty of Northern Arizona fun! This refuge is only 10 minutes to Walnut Canyon Natl. Monument, 18 to downtown Flagstaff, and 20 to Northern Arizona University. 20 minutes to Sunset Crater Volcano Natl. Monument, and Wupatki Natl. Monument, and 45 minutes to Snowbowl Ski Resort, Williams, AZ, and Meteor Crater. You can be in beautiful Sedona in an hour or you can explore the South Rim of the Grand Canyon, Lake Powell, Horseshoe Bend, Antelope Canyon, and Petrified Forest, each is about a 90-minute drive from this property. After enjoying the wonderful attractions, rest assured you have selected the perfect place to wind down, rest and enjoy some peace and quiet. Our home has a 5 person hot tub with unobstructed views of the stars and night sky. After relaxing in the hot tub, feel the warmth radiate around you as you sit in our uniquely enclosed fire pit, at the top of our property. The back patio has a picnic table and plenty of chairs and tables for everyone to enjoy a meal cooked on the propane grill. A hammock is available for you, as well. Although there is much to enjoy outside, there is also comfort and serenity inside of the home. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and En-Suite bathroom. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo and a single vanity. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with full sized beds sleeping 4, a queen sized bed, and a full sized futon bed. This room also has a TV and DVD player. There is ample closet space. The third bedroom is adjacent to the second bathroom. The room has a queen-sized bed, closet, and a TV. The full kitchen, with beautiful views out of the window above the sink, is equipped with a 4-burner glass-top stove and double oven set up. Kitchen amenities include a microwave, Keurig and classic coffee maker, cookinh oils and spices, tea kettle, crockpot, electric griddle, blender, toaster, full-sized refrigerator, and dishwasher. The living room is a great place to enjoy time with family. There is a couch, love seat, and oversized chair. There is a dining table that accommodates eight, with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. Bring your ATVs/UTVs/dirt bikes and horses also! Ride in and out from your doorstep! For your comfort and convenience, the home also comes equipped with: \*\*\*Washinh machine and dryer \*\*\*Ample parking is available \*\*\*Wireless Internet \*\*\*Single floor home. Rear entrance of the home is flat, easier entrance for people with mobility limitations, and includes a ramp. \*\*\*Central Heating and Air-Conditioning \*\*\*Hot tub \*\*\*Fully fenced 2 acre yard \*\*\*Self check-in! Receive check-in instructions 3 days prior to arrival with your lock box code. Two dogs are permitted without approval $50 deposit per dog. A small corral with water spigot is available for horses. We supply freshly cleaned linens, bedding, and towels for all our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish, dishwasher, and hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The internet is satellite. If there is cloud coverage or other natural weather effects, the internet may slow down. There is a minimum age requirement of 25 years old No parties or events are permitted. This home is in a semi-rural area. There may be a possibility for wild animals and insects. Please keep doors closed. We can also stock your fridge, freezer and pantry pre check-in, with all your favorite things! Wouldn't it be nice to arrive to cold drinks, snacks and steaks ready to be enjoyed!? This rental is off the beaten path, about 20 minutes east of Flagstaff. It is quiet, extremely welcoming and cozy, meticulously clean, and spacious enough for 4 adults and 2 young kids! The amenities were wonderful (we used the fireplace, the hot tub, played bean bags, cooked on the grill, hiked the property, played on the swing and slide, and relaxed on both the deck and the patio)! The location is very convenient to Safeway grocery store, NAU campus, 3 national monuments, and 2 national parks. My 2 young kids (and adults!) adored the PacMan game! Kristin was very quick with answering my questions and messages. She is very friendly and a wonderful host! The home is decorated beautifully (especially this time of year with a Christmas tree, stockings on the fireplace, and outdoor Christmas lights) and very, very well stocked. Starry nights and comfy beds made this a perfect home base for exploring the area on our first trip to Arizona. There was a welcoming message on the blackboard, all the amenities were in good working order, although we never even tried out the hot tub, because, well, it was a bit too warm for it in July. The only thing we could have wished for was a pleasant walking path without rocks and briars for our prissy little pup, but she's one who is as content as can be in our laps anyway, so it wasn't really an issue. Our host, Kristin was kind and responsive. Flagstaff is just a quick 15 minute ride away, so it was easy to get out and do some site seeing, shopping or dining out. We were able to enjoy exactly what we were looking for, rest and relaxation. ##### Belinda P. We stayed here to do the rim to rim Grand canyon hike it is about 4 hours from the north rim and 1.5 hours to the south. The host was very helpful with all our needs and the house came with a bunch of essentials which was nice. We loved to use the cornhole boards and the hot tub on the cool nights. Would definately recomend this place. ##### David F. From the moment we walked in, I felt welcomed with many little touches. The place was clean. The beds were comfortable and it had everything we needed. Lots of land for littles to run around and play, our kids had a blast. The boys particularly enjoyed the hiking trails just a little way down the road. Property manager was easy to get in touch with and very kind. We wanted the feel of cowboy/ranch country and this fit the bill. Just 1.5 miles from the freeway and a gas station at the exit. It was an easy 15 minutes to Flagstaff where we picked up a few groceries.We loved the spaciousness of the three bedrooms which all had TVs, comfy beds, and everything we needed. Kicking back after a long day out and watching TV was the perfect way to end a long day. We had hoped to use the hot tub but it was so cold and snowy that we didn't use it. If we are ever back in the area, we would stay here again! ##### Diana K.
