« This was a very economical place to stay centered beside the entrance to Yellowstone. Owner was nice and stayed behind us in his own cabin. Cooke City in general wasn’t as welcoming as we had expected other than the fly shop that was closing down for the season while we were there. Gas stations, restaurants, and other amenities were super expensive so bring what you can or stop before you get there to buy what you need. Overall we had a great time! »

I booked a surprise getaway for my husband's birthday and the property manager made it super special with personal touches, even including some refreshments and dog chews for our pup! « Immaculate old log cabin, not big enough for a family but two fit very comfortably. Cozy, warm and private. Well stocked and appointed with microwave, coffee pot, tv, heater, flush toilet, shower, refrigerator and wifi. We loved our stay here and the attendant explained the cabin was over 100 years old. »

« Cooke City is a fun little town. The Cabin was comfortable for 6 of us, only one bathroom which was a bit of hold up sometimes. Kitchen wasn't super well stocked as far as cooking utensils, but we made it work. Bedrooms and living area was fantastic and the views were awesome. Okay location for Yellowstone, Tower Road was closed so we had to drive further than normal a couple days because of that. We loved going across Lamar Valley every day though - saw tons of bison, several black bears, and...
