"Beautiful views, great amenities. Breakfast buffet was stellar, loved the pool, sauna and wellness area (wish it was open longer hours). Staff very helpful, parking easy and rooms were clean and well appointed with comfortable beds. It's a bit of a drive up the mountain, but that affords privacy and beautiful views. We loved our room with a deck that ran all around."

"Evi was an amazing host. She was very friendly and went above and beyond to advise us on how to get around using the local buses as well as which activities we could partake in. The view from the private terrace was so peaceful and having breakfast with this view and the sounds of nature all around us was just the best. "This is an exceptionally clean and attractive apartment with good bathroom and kitchen facilities. A beautiful location, close to small shopping centre with bank, pharmacy ,cafe, bakery and supermarket. Well placed gor walks and cycle paths and a shory walk from a refreshing swimming lake. Our hosts were very helpful and responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We can thoroughly recommend this property. activities "

"Pros: Der Aufenthalt war super angenehm und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, absolut gemütlichen hat die perfekte Größe. Die Inhaber sind sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und herzlich, sodass wir uns richtig wohl gefühlt haben. Auch bei speziellen Küchenutensilien, konnte uns kurzfristig ausgeholfen werden. "This place was ok. The highlights were the staff and the location, and Café Karin across the street. I booked this place through Expedia and it was not clear that this was resident apartments, not a hotel. The residences are charged extra for parking, for the use of the spa, use of bath robes, etc. These place is also very noisy.... because of the tile halls you can hear every conversation, door closing and footstep from the halls. There were young kids running and screaming down the halls in the morning and drunk people partying all night in the hotel bar screaming down the halls. I booked a massage in the spa which is near the children's play room so instead of a relaxing hour, I heard kids screaming and adults conversing right outside the space..... not a good set-up. Also, the beds are futons and the mattresses have a permanent impression in them so it wasn't very comfortable. I wish Expedia gave me the option of booking the hotel versus the apartments because what we got was not the kind of holiday we were looking for. If we return to Val Gardena, we will stay elsewhere. "

"PROS: -Large apartment, very well equipped, with a balcony offering a BEAUTIFUL landscape -Includes parking -Good location. The town itself is beautiful and very peaceful. We booked here because Ortisei was full, and in the end we liked St. Cristina even more TO IMPROVE: -Cleaning is not included, and they charge EUR 55 if you don’t wash the dishes and take out the rubbish -Check-in is 100% self-service, which feels a bit uncomfortable at first, but in the end everything worked smoothly and quickly"
